NLP Practitioner Training Enrollment Agreement

This Enrollment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Terramind LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," and the undersigned student, hereinafter referred to as the "Student."

• Total Tuition Fee: $3500

Payment Terms

• Tuition Fee: The Student agrees to pay the total tuition fee for the NLP Practitioner Training Program as specified above. Payment can be made in full or through installment plans as agreed upon by both parties.

• Payment Options: The Student can opt for a Paid-In-Full or for an installment plan; the payment schedule will be as follows:

  • Option #1: Paid-In-Full: $3500
  • Option #2: Payment Plan: $500 down for the pre-study program, plus 6 payments of $500. (Student acknowledges that certificates will be withheld until payment is made in full.  

   

• Late Payments: In the event of late payment, the Provider may charge a late fee as specified in the program's policies. Also, the Provider will withhold all certifications until payment is made in full. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Student: If the Student wishes to cancel their enrollment in the NLP Practitioner Training Program, they must notify the Provider in writing at least 30 days before the program start date for a full refund minus the down payment of $500. Upon cancellation, the following refund policy applies:

   • If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the program starts, the Student will receive a full refund of any tuition fees paid minus the $500 downpayment.

   • If cancellation is made within 30 days of the program start date, the Student will be assigned to the next available NLP Practitioner Training Program.

2. Cancellation by Provider: The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the NLP Practitioner Training Program due to unforeseen circumstances, including low enrollment or instructor unavailability. In such cases, the Provider will provide a full refund of any tuition fees paid by the Student.

3. Course Materials: Any course materials provided to the Student are non-refundable once they have been accessed or received.

Code of Conduct

The Student agrees to abide by the Provider's code of conduct and any additional program policies and rules as communicated by the Provider.

Agreement Acceptance

By signing below, the Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Enrollment Agreement, including the cancellation and refund policy.
