NLP Practitioner Training Enrollment Agreement

This Enrollment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Terramind LLC, hereinafter referred to as the "Provider," and the undersigned student, hereinafter referred to as the "Student."

Payment Terms

• Tuition Fee: The Student agrees to pay the total tuition fee for the NLP Practitioner Training Program as specified above. Payment can be made in full or through an installment plan as agreed upon by both parties.

• Payment Options: The Student can opt for a Paid-In-Full or for an installment plan; the payment schedule will be as follows:

  • Option #1: Paid-In-Full: $3500 includes a $500 non-refundable fee for the pre-study program.
  • Option #2: Payment Plan: $500 non-refundable down for the pre-study program, plus 6 payments of $500. The Student acknowledges that certificates will be withheld until payment is made in full.  

   Late Payments: In the event of late payment, the Provider may charge a 5% late fee for the remaining balance. Also, the Provider will withhold all certifications until payment is made in full.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Student: If the Student wishes to cancel their enrollment in the NLP Practitioner Training Program, they must notify the Provider in writing at least 30 days before the program start date. Upon cancellation, the following refund policy applies:

   • If cancellation is made within 3 days of purchasing this program, the Student will receive a full refund of any tuition fees paid.

   • If cancellation is made before 30 days of the program start date, the Student will be entitled to a refund, except for the non-refundable down payment of $500 for the pre-study course. 

   • If cancellation is made within 30 days of the program start date, the Student is automatically rolled into the next available training program.

2. Cancellation by Provider: The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the NLP Practitioner Training Program due to unforeseen circumstances, including low enrollment or instructor unavailability. In such cases, the Provider will provide a refund of any tuition fees paid by the Student except for the down payment of $500, which is non-refundable.

3. Course Materials: Any course materials provided to the Student are non-refundable once they have been accessed or received.

Code of Conduct

The Student agrees to abide by the Provider's code of conduct and any additional program policies and rules as communicated by the Provider. A code of Conduct will be provided for both the online pre-study distance learning platform and the live practicum training.

Agreement Acceptance

Student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Enrollment Agreement, including the cancellation and refund policy before purchasing this program.
