FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is Inner Authority?

Inner Authority is the ability to think clearly, feel grounded, and make decisions without internal conflict, emotional overwhelm, or constant second-guessing.

My work focuses on helping people reorganize the internal patterns that create stress, hesitation, emotional reactivity, and mental exhaustion.

What happens during a session?

Sessions are conversational, reflective, and experiential.

Depending on your goals, we may work with guided processes, emotional integration, mental rehearsal, mindfulness, hypnosis, Neuro Linguistic Programming, or Time Line Therapy® techniques to help reorganize the way your mind and nervous system respond to pressure, memory, and decision-making.

Do I have to relive painful memories?

No.

My approach does not focus on repeatedly revisiting painful stories. The work focuses on changing emotional patterns, interpretations, and internal responses in a safe and structured way.

Many clients experience relief without needing to analyze every detail of the past.

Who is this work for?

This work is designed for individuals who appear functional externally, yet internally feel mentally overloaded, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in repetitive emotional patterns.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning people seeking greater clarity, emotional stability, confidence, and peace of heart.

What issues do clients commonly seek support for?

Clients often seek support for:

  • overthinking and racing thoughts
  • emotional overwhelm
  • anxiety and stress
  • self-doubt and hesitation
  • relationship patterns
  • unresolved emotional reactions
  • confidence and self-trust
  • major life transitions
  • burnout and internal pressure

Is hypnosis safe?

Yes.

Hypnosis is a naturally occurring, focused state of attention similar to deep absorption, meditation, or becoming fully immersed in thought. You remain aware throughout the process and cannot be made to do anything against your values or intentions.

What is Time Line Therapy®?

Time Line Therapy® is a process designed to help release unresolved emotional patterns connected to past experiences and to create greater alignment with desired future outcomes.

The goal is greater emotional freedom, flexibility, and choice in the present.

Is this therapy?

No.

I do not provide psychotherapy, medical treatment, or mental health diagnosis. My work is educational, coaching-oriented, and focused on personal development, emotional integration, communication, and behavioral change.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes.

Your privacy and confidentiality are respected with great care. Session notes and client information are maintained securely and treated with discretion and professionalism.

Please understand there are ethical and legal limitations to confidentiality. If there is reason to believe you may seriously harm yourself, harm another person, or if abuse, neglect, or danger involving a child, elder, or vulnerable person is disclosed, appropriate authorities or emergency contacts may need to be notified for safety purposes.

How are session notes maintained?

I use Blueprint AI, a HIPAA-compliant note-taking platform designed to help maintain accurate session documentation, track progress, assess behavioral and emotional changes, and provide organized session summaries for client review and integration.

These summaries support reflection, accountability, awareness, and continued progress between sessions. Client information is handled with professionalism, care, and respect for privacy.

Do you work online or in person?

Both.

Sessions are available online through Zoom and in person in Las Vegas, Nevada.

How do I begin?

The first step is scheduling an online Inner Authority Clarity Session.

This session allows us to explore your goals, current challenges, behavioral patterns, and whether this process is aligned with what you are seeking.

How long does change usually take?

Every person is different.

Some clients experience significant shifts quickly, while others benefit from a longer process of integration and practice. I have a plan for both. The goal is not temporary motivation, rather lasting internal change that becomes observable in thinking, behavior, relationships, and decision-making.

My intention is not to create dependency on coaching. The purpose of this work is to strengthen your relationship with yourself, so clarity, emotional stability, self-trust, and aligned action increasingly come from within you rather than from external reassurance.

At the same time, growth is an ongoing process. Human beings evolve, priorities shift, and values deepen through different stages of life. There are times when revisiting one’s ideals, direction, and internal alignment can provide renewed clarity and perspective.

Inner Authority develops when a person learns to think clearly under pressure, trust their judgment, and move through life with greater congruency, direction, and peace of heart.

What is expected from me during the process?

Honesty, openness, self-reflection, and willingness to participate consistently.

Transformation becomes sustainable when insight is followed by practical application and behavioral change.
